Task Dispatcher

Full UX redesign and modernisation of a task dispatcher and control center in the field of social insurances. Creation of a new UI (small design system) on top of an existing software. Extensive user-interviews, leading to the introduction of new paradigms (better architecture of the information). Client workshops throughout the design phase, in order to accelerate future client adoption. Integration with an external software suite.
