Incremental redesign of SecuTix’s online seatmap, in order to offer a more immersive experience through the usage of 3D computer generated pictures. Conception of a two step experience: firstly a global view of the venue/stadium, with possibilities to compare views of the stage/pitch from various areas; secondly a seat selection directly on the 3D ‘orthogonal’ view of a seating block. Experimentation through users-tests on wireframes, and SVG prototypes. Omnichannel implementation. First ever purchase experience based real photos (Théâtre de Boulimie). Fallback on standard seating map for maximal flexibility.
